“Mr. Lowery, is there a misunderstanding between you and Ms. Delgado?”
Hendry lightened his grip on the pen in his hand. The pen broke in two under the strain.
Chad looked away sensibly.
“Make an appointment… Forget it, I’ll go to her myself!”
Hendry managed to get closer to Kaylah, but their relationship became frosty because of what happened that night. This was not
what he wanted to see. He couldn’t accept this.
Chad wanted Hendry to make it up with Kaylah. No one knew better than Chad what Hendry had done recently.
Chad also knew how important Kaylah was to Hendry.

“Ms. Delgado, Mr. Lowery is here. He is waiting for you in the lounge.”
Kimberly knew that something had happened between Kaylah and Hendry. Otherwise, Kaylah would not be so cold to Hendry.
Therefore, Kimberly was careful when she said this, fearing that her words would make Kaylah angry.
Kaylah’s face darkened at Kimberly’s words, and her tone became a bit colder.
“I don’t want to see him! Ask him to stay away from me!”
“Kaylah!”

“How could you let him in?”

The business was different from private matters. Hendry was sure that Kaylah would agree.
