Chapter 754

It was Sharon’s first time visiting Thomas’s home. Though she had asked Wendy to help him find the place, and they lived quite close by, she had never once stepped inside.

The apartment was minimalist, furnished only in black, white, and gray. It carried a weight, a quiet severity-so at odds with Thomas’s usual bright, sunlit personality.

Sharon went to the bathroom to gather his toiletries, then to the wardrobe for clothes.

She quickly realized how few personal belongings he had here. If he were to pack, not even a suitcase would be filled.

It was clear he never intended to stay long. Once his memory returned, he would leave. It made sense that he hadn’t settled in.

After setting aside the essentials, Sharon left. She didn’t pry into his personal things, and so she never noticed the single earring resting on his bedside table.

Back at her own home, Sharon collected some daily necessities. Since Thomas had been injured saving her, she planned to remain at the hospital to look after him.

As she was about to leave, her gaze fell on the ointment sitting on the coffee table-the one Theo had given her. She had been applying it daily, and the wound had healed quickly; even the scab had fallen away.
