Chapter 1008
Chapter 59 : I Should Have Brought You Here Sooner
*Sasha*
“Come on, let’s get out of here for a while. It’s been a long time since I’ve been back here. We could go explore the forest like we did as kids.” Lucas grabbed my hand and pulled me off the back porch.
“I’m not really in the mood to go exploring,” I mumbled but I didn’t resist him.
“You’re always in the mood to be out in the woods, aren’t you?” Lucas looked over his shoulder and winked at me.
“I guess an argument could be made for that.”
I picked up my feet and followed him into the woods. We walked down some familiar paths from our childhood. It wasn’t like we walked them together as kids, considering that Lucas wasn’t that nice to me.
But we both knew the trails well.
The footpaths were overgrown from lack of use and the trees had gotten a lot bigger. Their bushy canopies blocked out most of the sun but it still streamed through in some places, giving the understory a golden glow.
Birds sang to each other, darting through the trees, and cicadas made their loud calls, echoing around us.
It was relaxing to be so close to nature.
I ran my hand along the trunk of a tree, dragging my fingers over the coarse bark as we walked by.
Some blueberry bushes lined the path with small, blueberries that were almost ripe but not quite ready to be eaten.
“This forest has always enchanted me,” I whispered softly.
“Sasha, I want you to know that I really am sorry for bullying you when we were kids.”
I smiled lightly and turned to Lucas. “You don’t have to apologize. I know the man you’ve become, and he is far superior to the boy you used to be.”
Lucas grinned and wiggled his eyebrows.
“Do you think your mom will warm up to me?”
I shrugged and sighed. “I think so, with enough time. As long as….” I trailed off, thinking that any conversation we had would just lead back to the dark situation looming over us.
“As long as what?” Lucas asked.
“As long as we make it through all this without me getting hurt or turning evil.”
Lucas’s smile faded. He squeezed my hand tightly. “I’m not going to let anything happen to you.”
“I trust you, but neither of us knows what’s really out there or what’s going to happen.”
We walked through the woods in silence.
I knew Lucas wanted to cheer me up, but it felt like anything we said would just tie back to the darkness that surrounded us and the dangers that awaited us.
I didn’t think there were any words that could ease the troublesome quest we had before us.
“Hey, let's go this way. There’s something I want to show you.” Lucas pulled me off the trail.
“Where’s your sense of adventure? Come on, it’s just ahead.”
I couldn’t help smiling as Lucas hurried through the trees, pulling me along with him. I hadn’t been to this part of the forest before and my curiosity got the better of me.
We broke through the trees into a small clearing. The forest surrounded the clearing on all sides, but it was an open meadow filled with lush green grass and little yellow flowers.
I heard water trickling nearby.
“This place is beautiful,” I said, turning in a big circle to see it all.
On the far side of the clearing, there was a brook where the water was bubbling. I headed toward it, with Lucas close behind me.
The brook was narrow, but close to the tree line, there was a small waterfall feeding into a large pool that narrowed into the brook as it cut through the meadow.
I ran to the waterfall. Standing at its base, I gasped as mist struck my face and the water sparkled in the bright sunlight.
“What is this place?” I asked, turning back to Lucas.
“I used to come here when I was younger. It was a place I could come and think, alone.”
“Alone, huh?” I teased, sticking my tongue out at him. “And what kind of thoughts did you have that required you to be alone?”
Lucas chuckled but I caught the slight tinge of red that touched his cheeks.
I laughed louder and shook my head. “Oh, so I’m right, aren’t I?”
“It seems I’m not the only one that had such thoughts, seeing as you’re the one who brought it up.”
“You wish.”
I glanced at the frothing pool of water. It was wide and it looked pretty deep.
“Well, maybe some of those thoughts are better to have when you’re not alone.”
I stripped my clothes off and tossed them at Lucas. Before he could react, I ran into the water, and swam out to the middle of the pool.
“Oh, wow, the water is so refreshing. Come in!” I beckoned to him.
Lucas stared at my clothes on the ground and then at my head bobbing in the water. A playful grin crossed his lips and he stripped out of his clothes, much more slowly.
My eyes followed his movements as he pulled the hem of his shirt up, revealing his delicious, sculpted abs and the bulging muscles of his arms.
He unbuttoned his pants and slowly pulled the zipper down.
A wave of heat washed over me, despite the cool water surrounding me. I bit my lip as he pushed his pants down, revealing his strong thighs and the silk boxers he wore underneath.
My thighs clenched suddenly, and I held my breath as he drew out his erotic striptease.
Lucas tucked his thumbs into the waist of his boxers. Tantalizingly slow, he shimmied the silk down his thighs and legs.
I licked my lips when his semi-stiff erection bobbed out of the concealing, silk fabric.
“See anything you like?” Lucas called to me.
My cheeks burned hot, realizing I got caught watching him. I nodded.
“Everything.” My voice was a breathy whisper.
Lucas chuckled and walked into the water, slowly approaching me. My heart beat rapidly in my chest and it was all I could do to tread water.
My legs felt like jelly as he got closer.
“You’re looking a little flushed, Sasha.” Lucas smirked.
“Well, if you weren’t just giving me a strip tease!”
Lucas slipped an arm around my waist and pulled me close. My breasts collided with his firm chest, and I instinctively wrapped my legs around his hips.
He cupped my cheek with one hand and kept his other arm tight around my waist.
My legs trembled when I felt his thick, pulsing c**k press against my back.
“You’re right, this is much better when I’m not alone,” he teased.
Lucas kissed me on the lips. I moaned and leaned all my weight against him, slipping my arms around his neck.
He grabbed my butt with both his hands and walked out of the water. I clung to him. Water droplets slid across my skin and I shivered.
Lucas dropped to his knees on the soft grass. He lay me down and the green blades tickled my sides. Heat spread through my body, pooling between my legs. My p***y ached with desire.
I tightened my legs around Lucas’s hips. He grunted and nipped down my neck and throat. I arched into him, whimpering to feel more of his touch.
He ran his hands down my sides, caressing me with his fingertips. I writhed in his grasp moaning wantonly, my head lolled from side to side.
Lucas’s lips moved to the base of my throat. He kissed a line down the center of my chest and placed a kiss right between my breasts. He moved his mouth to my n****e, teasing gently with his lips. My n****e tightened into a hard little nub.
He pressed his tongue to my sensitive skin, rolling my hardened n****e around. He closed his lips around it and sucked gently, teasing with his teeth.
Moaning, I arched my back, my thighs quivering. I threw my head back into the grass, begging him with my entire body for more.
Lucas’s lips popped off my n****e with a loud sound. I heard him chuckle lightly as he moved his mouth to my other n****e.
