Alex glanced up at Madison and noticed how anxious she looked. He soon realized that Madison had misunderstood him.

He chuckled. “Calm down. I asked you here to tell you that I’ve heard about the scandal and that I’ve already asked my people to investigate. You don’t need to worry about this. We’re working on minimizing all repercussions…”
