Andre shot Annie a glance, then signaled for his crew to let the traffic through.

As the cars rolled away, the Cedillo family stepped forward. "Mr. Andre, what's our move?"

Andre didn't hesitate. "Prep the jet. We're heading out of the country."

On the drive, Annie was lost in thought. Mia, now fully in the loop about Annie's situation, squeezed her little boy's soft cheeks. Oddly enough, this time, she felt no fear.

Annie, though, was worried. "Mia, do you think Conner found my sister?"

Mia flashed a sly smile. "My husband told me to keep my lips sealed-"

Conner knew the whole Maja mess was a lot to handle. He didn't want his pregnant wife to stress, so he'd only shared the details with friends.

But Mia was Andre's sweetheart, always with him-there wasn't much she could miss.
