Hansen was missing his grandson, so he called his daughter-in-law. "Mia, how come you haven't brought Henry over lately?"

"His dad took him to taekwondo. He's still in class."

That afternoon, Andre brought Henry home, and then Mia took him over to the Cedillo family for dinner.

At the table, everyone kept piling food onto Henry's plate. He sat between his parents, fumbling with his chopsticks until he just gave up and started grabbing food with his hands. When the soup spoon didn't scoop enough, he just lifted the bowl with both hands and slurped it down.

The more Hansen watched, the happier he got. On Sunday, Hansen wanted to take Henry out, but Andre said, "I've got to take him to the climbing gym in the morning, and in the afternoon we're seeing my father-in-law."

Weekends were always packed for Henry.

The next morning, just as expected, the whole family headed to the climbing gym. Andre played with Henry inside while Mia chatted with Annie out front.

Sometimes, a message from her sister would pop up: "Mia, are you coming home on Wednesday?" They made plans to spend Wednesday night at the Cedillo place.

Mia asked, "Are you busy tomorrow? I'm free in the afternoon and want to visit Leo."
