Sweet Revenge

Chapter 366

Chapter 366 I Want You

Ingrid’s attention was completely attracted  by the man on the TV. It was not because he  was very handsome, nor was it because he dared to say this to Silvia’s face. Rather, it was because he dared to say such words in front of so many people on this occasion. Most importantly, he said this in front of  Simon.

Either boldness or confidence made him straighten his back instead of fearing Simon.

“This… Isn’t he…” On the side, Hannah narrowed her eyes slightly and felt that the man on the TV was a bit familiar.

Hannah had friends everywhere. She had already had many connections when she was still in the film industry. Later, she married into the Petersen family. Although she wasn’t an actress anymore, she socialized with rich ladies every day. From time to time, she would join social gatherings, hanging  out with businessmen who were friends with  the Petersen family. Therefore, relatively  speaking, she knew more people than Ingrid  did.

“Mom, you know that man?” Ingrid asked  excitedly.

It didn’t ring a bell in Hannah’s memory for a moment. “He looks familiar. I might have  seen him before, but I can’t remember…”

“Think!” Ingrid urged anxiously. “He dared to publicly provoke Simon and Warin on  such an occasion. He is something. I don’t think you will forget such a capable man!”

“You’re right…” Hannah nodded, but the more she tried, the more her memory failed  her.

“He said he is from the Perfuming

Association. Is he the president? Or the vice president?” Glancing at the TV again, Ingrid  tried to help Hannah remember.

If he wasn’t an important figure in the industry association, he wouldn’t have had  such great courage.

“No!” Hannah immediately denied the  possibility. “The president is an old man, and

I don’t think he is the vice president either… Or is he newly promoted in the past few years?”

Though Hannah knew a few people, her knowledge was limited. She felt a bit of a  headache and said, “Forget it. I’m not  watching it anymore. I’m going upstairs to sleep.”

She felt like she was in a battle today, and she was worn out. She rubbed her temples and walked up the stairs. She turned her head and saw a painting hanging at the corner of the stairs. Suddenly, she remembered something. “Yeah! That’s right! He is Abel Halpert! Hey… It’s him!”

She suddenly remembered who the man was.

When Ingrid heard Hannah’s words, she immediately stood up and ran upstairs. “Mom, you remember? What did you say? His name is Abel Halpert?

“Could he be … from the Halpert family in Washington…” Ingrid reacted quickly, and
