Harvey agreed, albeit jokingly.

"I knew you were the best, bro." Orlena tried to smooth things over as she grabbed Max's arm. She always felt there was some tension between them, but she couldn't put her finger on why.

Max was about to marry into the Horigan family, which was a much larger deal than the Velona Corporation. The Velona family just couldn't compete with the Horigans' connections.
