James asked after a short pause, “What do you want from me in exchange?"
“The Yuraeceon Genesis Bell," the Law of Paths responded.
James' instincts were accurate. The Law of Paths was plotting something.
He knew that Morgott's spirit was hidden inside the Yuraeceon Genesis Bell and that it would not recklessly show itself. Therefore, he wanted to obtain the bell through this exchange.
It appeared the supreme beings were pretty wary of Morgott. It was similar to how Yehria was fearful of the Genesis World's cultivators becoming more powerful than her.
James transmitted his voice to Lesia. “Still excited about the tower? That guy wants you in return."
Lesia grumbled, “You're not going to take the deal, right?"

“It'll be the quickest way for me to defeat Tai Chi by having the tower." James suggested, “How about you stay with him for a couple of days? After I exterminate Tai Chi, I'll return the tower to him and ask for the bell back."
“Master!" Lesia snapped, “How could you be so unscrupulous and shameless?"
“Don't get so worked up! I was just joking." James snickered. “However, we must carefully decline his offer. He can kill all of us at any moment if he wants."
Then, James sighed deeply. “The Yuraeceon Genesis Bell only recognizes me as its master. I'm afraid I can't give it away."
“We can exchange the items temporarily." It was as though the Law of Paths had anticipated that answer. “Once your plans have succeeded, I will return the bell to you."
“That's a bit difficult for me." James said in a melancholic tone, “The Yuraeceon Genesis Bell has been with me through thick and thin. It is already a part of me.
“It would feel sad if I were to exchange it for a better item. I can't bear to part with it either. Also, I don't want to do something I'll regret later."
After listening to James' reply, the Law of Paths chuckled. “Is it the Yuraeceon Genesis Bell or Frona that you can't bear to part with?"
James' expression hardened as soon as the Law of Paths brought up Lesia's real identity. “You shouldn't force us then since you know that."
“I was just offering a suggestion." With a flash of golden light, the tower floating in the air disappeared.
The Law of Paths went on, “I won't force you if you are not willing to do it. However, I must remind you that you are giving up on a great opportunity to achieve your goals and ambitions."
