The Almighty Dragon General

The environment of the extreme north of Kronosia Realm was starkly different from the verdant mountains James and the others had seen before. Instead, it was a vast expanse of white, covered in ice and snow, devoid of any living beings. However, there floated a massive palace shrouded in swirling black-and-white gas in the void of this icy world. It was far from divine. Instead, it exuded a sinister, terrifying aura that sent shivers down their spine.
James looked at the palace and furrowed his brows slightly. “I can't penetrate it with my Zen."
“It's evil," Adina reminded. "Master, let me try!"
Without waiting for James' response, she leaped into the air and struck out with a powerful palm. In an instant, a vast golden-purple light surged toward the massive palace, erupting into a deafening boom upon impact. Following that, the palace trembled violently, and three black lights shot out at lightning speed, immediately sending Adina flying. With a dull thud, Adina crashed to the ground. She clutched her chest as she coughed up a mouthful of blood.
"Master, it's dangerous!"

Hearing this, James executed the Dawnblaze Form to avoid the black lights that shot out from the palace towards where he had just been.
Boom! Boom! Boom! The intense explosions caused the world to tremble violently. Ice and snow flew into the air, transforming into ferocious snow-white living beings that lunged aggressively toward James and Adina. Despite being severely injured, Adina got up immediately and swept out with a purple light longsword in hand.
Boom! Boom! Boom! Another series of earth-shaking explosions ensued as the purple Sword Energy shattered several of the nearest snow-white living beings. Then, she turned to James in the void and shouted, "Master, I'll hold off these snowmen! You deal with that palace."
Upon hearing this, James furrowed his brow. However, a stunning figure suddenly emerged from the floating palace ahead just as he was about to act.
"Don't come any closer, Forty-nine. This is a trap. You'll never get out once you enter!"
"Darling!" James' heart skipped a beat, and he shouted immediately.
The next moment, countless black illusory hands surged out from the palace and forcibly pulled the stunning figure back inside.
"Darling!" James' heart was filled with grief and anger. With a sudden clap of his palms, two terrifying Decachrome Holy Lights enveloped in crimson power surged towards the palace at lightning speed.
Accompanied by a series of thunderous explosions, the massive palace remained unmoved. However, more black energy burst forth and spread in all directions. Countless snow-white living beings swiftly emerged from the surroundings and rushed towards them like a tide.
