"Let’s put it this way." Yarden continued from where Frona left off, "Your world is like a kite high in the sky, but the start of the string is us."
James took a sharp breath. He thought that Yarden had a lower status than Waitara. He did not expect him to say such overbearing words. Could it be that his status was higher than Waitara's?
'No, that’s wrong. Waitara didn’t exist from the beginning. He was created by them.’ When James thought of that, his face twitched. "So, you guys are the ones controlling everything from behind?"
"We can’t control anything anymore." Yarden smiled and shook his head." Otherwise, why would we meet you in your world?"
