Chapter 7115
After a few moments' consideration, James conjured a soul contract.
Apart from what Xanthakos had offered earlier, the contract also included a clause that forbade any parties from harming the other person.
Xanthakos was a little surprised as he checked the contents of the soul contract.
However, he soon infused his soul sigil into the contract, showing almost no hesitation.
James found it rather surprising that Xanthakos had signed the soul contract so easily.
He could not help but wonder if Xanthakos truly intended to work with him or if he had a bigger ulterior motive.
"Alright." Xanthakos beamed at him. "We can finally work together now, James.
"Bring your friends and come with me. We'll initiate an attack right away."

James narrowed his eyes. He instinctively sensed something suspicious about Xanthakos' actions. However, he could not quite pinpoint what the issue was at the moment.
If, by any chance, Xanthakos was planning to destroy the soul contract he had just signed voluntarily, it would mean he possessed unimaginable powers.
Anyway, James had pretty much achieved his purpose since Xanthakos seemed quite convinced that James sincerely wanted to work with him.
Also, as long as James' main self of Path was still inside the Gate of Mystery, he would not have to worry about any of Xanthakos’ traps or
schemes.
"Do you still have other concerns about this?" Xanthakos asked.
He saw James standing there rooted to the spot and reckoned that might be the case.
James examined the sigil found on the soul contract carefully. Then, he put the contract away in a safe place.
"Why would I have any concerns when you're doing your best to accommodate me?"
James glanced over his shoulder and called aloud, "Guys, let's go! It's time we head outside for a change of scenery."
Harper and Hankin exchanged a glance. Then, the two of them led the fake Yianni and Morgott out of the Nothingness Formation and headed in James' direction.
"Huh? Where's Frona?" Xanthakos asked.
James smirked. "Frona is my second body. However, she doesn't like you. Do you need to see her now?"
Xanthakos immediately shook his head. He did not want to risk ruining everything when he had finally succeeded in persuading James.
He reached his hand and appeared to clasp onto something. Then, he opened a gate shining with bright lights the next instant. Xanthakos gestured to James and his friends to go first.
