He was none other than Xerach Donnelly, the Blazing War Saint, who was the head of the seven war saints under Goyo.

As the four terrifying Bohnwer Lights struck, four rotating cyclones formed around Harper. They were menacing.
"I just want to be nice. Why is it so difficult? Let me deal with you then." Then, Harper reached out and a vast Anonymous Gas spread.
With a loud sound, it shattered the rotating cyclones.
After that, the four men and women who besieged her were suddenly knocked away by the gas. They coughed up blood. Their armor was cracked too.
"How dare the four of you attack me? You have overestimated yourselves." Harper snorted. "Xerach, your disciples are too weak."
The four men and women who coughed up blood because of the blow became furious upon hearing that. Each of them pulled out their weapons again and launched another attack.
