The Almighty Dragon General

With a scream, Quintinus was enveloped by the explosion. His Caeloros Lights flared up, shining through the blood and flesh. The self-destruction of Mordecai and Dillon severely injured him. His body was riddled with holes and greatly weakened. He coughed up a few mouthfuls of blood, then lifted his head furiously.
"You bunch of ants shouldn't pretend to be heroic in front of me. I'll fulfill your death wishes."
He spread his hands and summoned nine divine knives around him. They circled him, emanating a soul-chilling aura.
Swoosh!
One of the divine knives shot straight at Quintus but was deflected by the amethyst-gold light around his body. Quintus soared into the sky, his messy hair framing his fierce determination as he shielded Harper, Taiyi, and Yasmina. He cast a dazzling light barrier to protect them.
Quintinus roared, "Your strength has improved significantly. Alright, I'll start with you."
His nine divine knives shot forward, attacking the light barrier.
Boom! Boom! Boom!

Quintus managed to block the assault with his power, but he was gravely wounded in the process, blood spraying everywhere.
Puff!
Quintus spat out a mouthful of blood, then raised his head and shouted. "James treated you like family when all other divine beings shunned you. He gave you a new life. Will you stand by idly as his friends fall into enemy hands and be used to threaten him?"
His roar echoed through the void, causing everyone to tremble in shock.
Quintinus suddenly laughed. "You must have gone insane from my beating. Who do you think will save you... argh!!!”
Before he finished speaking, a purple-red light flashed behind him. The next second, he was knocked to the ground by a kick.
The purple-red light then swept up the nine divine knives. In a flash, the light transformed into a handsome man with a burly build and straight red hair.

her beautiful eyes in disbelief.
