Upon seeing that, James couldn't help but laugh.
Morgott was Nihilos. He could devour everything, let alone the Nothingness Dead Energy, so James wasn't surprised.
However, Quintus managing to swallow the Nothingness Dead Energy did surprise James.
"Quintus!" Xanthakos roared when he returned to his senses. "You're a traitor. How could you..."
"Although it can't be compared to the Nothingness Aura of a Caeloros God, your Nothingness Dead Energy isn't bad." Quintus wiped his mouth. "But why does it have a fishy smell? I almost vomited when swallowing it."
"I tasted it too." Morgott spat a few times. "It's disgusting. I'm mysophobic. This is simply an insult. Compensate me."
Hearing their words, Xanthakos was enraged.
"How dare you..."

Before he could finish, he saw a ray of black-white-amethyst-gold light flash by, sweeping away Marius, Yianni, and Harper.
Then, James' voice sounded.
"Alright, Xanthakos. Don't use such aggressive methods to avoid the bet. We both have statuses. We must be upright when beaten and admit defeat when we lose."
Upon hearing that, Xanthakos turned around and laughed.
"James, do you really think you won?"
"Did I not?" James extended his hands. "We've made a deal. If your Caeloros God failed and my friends came to help, it is your defeat. This is all in the soul contract."
"Soul contract..." Xanthakos laughed
as if he had gone insane. "James you're too naive and childish. Why would we, a powerhouse at this level, be bound by a mere soul contract? What a joke."
Looking at him, James remained calm as he asked, "Are you going to go against the contract?"
"So?" Arrogantly, Xanthakos pointed at James. "It was a trick to fool an idiot like you. I didn't expect you to take it seriously."
James sighed and nodded. "It seems that I've overestimated your situation. If so, you can only receive Divine Retribution."
"Divine Retribution?" Xanthakos laughed. "Let's see how you'll do that. If you can't, I'll do it to you instead."
"Let me be frank with you. Once my Divine Retribution is initiated, it won't stop until you die. You won't even have the chance to beg for mercy."
Then, Xanthakos pointed at James.
