The Callahans had never seen eye to eye with him. They mocked him at every opportunity. He had gotten used to it, so there was no point in arguing. Thea asked, “Honey, could you help Eternality rise from the ashes?”
“What has Eternality got to do with me?” James said carelessly. “I want Pacific, no, Century, to make its mark at the medical conference this time.” “Bullsh*t.”
“James, let’s see how you manage to help Century.” “The factory lots and offices have been shut down. What else can you do?” The Callahans started their sarcastic remarks again. “Thea, let’s take a look at Century.” “Okay.” Thea nodded.
