Chapter 10 Being All Lovey-Dovey Again

“Honey,” Caspian called out as he approached Willow.

Willow could barely contain her emotions. The one and only Diatoranian God of War was standing in front of her right now!

Still, she forced herself to stay calm as she asked, “The war’s about to start, so why did you come back? Don’t you need to supervise the battle?”

“I wanted to see you,” Caspian said softly.

“Why didn’t you tell me you’re Lord Caspian, the Diatoranian God of War? How much longer were you going to keep it from me?” Willow questioned.

“I told you about it many times, but you never believed me. I couldn’t do anything about it,” Caspian said with a shrug.

Willow had no response to that. It was true, after all. Caspian had indeed informed her of his identity in the past, but she assumed he was just trying to brag and even mocked him for it.

Well, it turned out that she was the fool. Caspian had been telling her

“I’m not hiding anything else from you-except that other than being the Diatoranian God of War, I’m also the head of the Five War Gods of Diatoran, the chief commander overseeing Diatoran’s troops in this war, and head of the Two Lakes area’s investigative team.”
