Athena removed the heart–shaped pendant from her n*ck, something she had never taken off before. It was a cherished possession, and Bree had often asked for it, but Athena always refused.

Now, she was giving her most treasured gift to Sheila. The heart–shaped pendant opened into two, with a picture of Athena on one side and a picture of Sheila and Alpha Nick on the other.
