Calmly glancing at everyone in the room, the grey-suited male's eyes paused towards a certain girl.

An orange-haired one.

"Monica, I want you to listen carefully." Lifting his glasses with his finger index finger, he sternly said. "Your task is simple, you are to create as much chaos as possible.
