Tyler didn’t elaborate further. He simply left the room with Linda trailing behind, carrying his bags.

Olivia fell silent once again.

Linda turned her head to glance at the room before hurrying to catch up with him.

Tyler would be away on a business trip abroad for the next few days, leaving Olivia to tend to matters at

home.

The Harris Group had teamed up with the local embassy on an infrastructure project.

Their projects were primarily government–linked, with 80% of national infrastructure initiatives falling under the Harris Group’s purview. The overseas project was particularly important, requiring Tyler’s

presence to discuss details with the local government.

Upon arriving at the hotel that evening, Tyler checked in and received a call from Naomi. She knew that he was on a trip, asking if everything went well.

Standing at the balcony, Tyler stared at the big palm tree nearby as he said, “Mm–hmm, I’m here. Everything is going well.”
