“Well, your daughter is my mate.”

My mother staggered to a sofa. She sat with a defeated sigh “Wow, she exclaimed, palming her face with her hands.

Eros and I turned to exchanged glances. My mom lifted her gaze and gestured to one of the chairs “seat,” she offered.

“Thank you.” Eros smiled, and pulled me onto our biggest chair and sat next to it. He entwined our fingers and placed them on his lap.

My man was seated so elegantly with me beside him. He seemed not to be from this world.. so beautiful, powerful… and

sinful.
