I growled from the pain that shot through me as soon as my back hit the wall.

Fear gripped me as I imagined that Pison would kill me...

However, he gave me a glare and turned away, giving his warriors a command.

Next thing, I was being hauled from the ground by four of them, as they tried to take me out. I fought hard, pulling back against their hold to get free.

One of the guards slapped the end of a dagger over the back of my head, and I immediately went weak.

For a moment, my eyes shut as I saw black and red spots. I gave up the struggle and they easily dragged me out of the dungeon across the dark narrow hall. Where were they taking me to?

I tried to focus but I couldn't, all I could do was allow them to take me to where they wanted.

At first, I assumed we were going to the main part of the palace, but then I realized that it was another part entirely. The deeper we got, the more I realized that the palace had more hidden places than I thought. Finally, we pulled to a stop in front of another dungeon. The entrance was made with silver coated irons and spikes that could easily pierce into the skin if someone was hurled against it.

The door was opened, and I was thrown inside. I fell to my knees just as I heard the warriors walk away as they left me behind.

I let out a soft growl as I stood up.
