Chapter 145 Request for Help

After she finished talking, Allison lunged at Jasper. Even though her legs were still tied up, it didn't slow her down. She snatched the scalpel from the table and tackled Jasper, pinning him to the ground with the scalpel at his throat. "Jasper, you know my history. I have a hundred ways to kill you! Even with one hand out of commission, you don't stand a chance!" Allison declared.

Then, she whacked Jasper on the back of the head with the scalpel handle, knocking him out cold.

Allison got up, used the scalpel to cut the ropes on her legs, and pulled out her watch from her waist.

"Get to me in five minutes. My watch only has five minutes of battery left!" she said into the watch, sending out a red alert.

In the helicopter, the red alert blared. Carl rushed to the control panel, saw the coordinates, and heard Allison's voice.

"Allison, are you okay? Are you hurt?" Carl asked, his voice shaking.

"I've got a gunshot wound in my shoulder, but I already took the bullet out. I'm fine!" Allison replied.

Carl clutched the walkie-talkie, tears welling up in his eyes. Thank God Allison was still alive; he would've lost it otherwise.

The past three hours of Allison's disappearance had been pure hell. After the chemical warehouse explosion, he sent people in to search, but all they found were charred bodies.

Alexander had also rushed into the fire, nearly suffocating from the smoke, but he couldn't find Allison.

Now, finally having news of Allison, Carl almost collapsed from relief.

The helicopter arrived at the site within five minutes. Carl personally came, seeing the rundown shack in the middle of nowhere with an old van parked outside, he felt a headache coming on.

He kicked the door open, finding no windows inside, just an outdoor lamp providing light. Allison was sitting on a chair, her hair a mess, blood on her face, and looking deathly pale.

Her shoulder was bandaged, with blood seeping through.
