Chapter 211 Treating Elsa

After Hunter took off, Kismet waved Allison over.

"Hey, come check on Elsa. She's looking rough and hasn't budged since she got here. She's got a laundry list of issues but still won't behave!"

Allison nodded and went to see Elsa. The news wasn't great.

"Elsa, your blood lipids, blood sugar, and blood pressure are through the roof. You've got poor circulation, coronary heart disease, and osteoporosis. Your weight is putting a lot of stress on your bones, making you prone to fractures. I'll give you a massage and some therapy now, and I'll whip up some medicinal soup for tonight."

Kismet listened to Allison, her face growing more concerned.

"You're in this shape and still thinking about food all the time. From now on, it's veggies every day. Lose some weight, then you can have meat!"

Elsa looked miserable. No meat felt like a death sentence to her. Allison chuckled at her reaction.

"I'll write up a medicinal diet plan for Kismet. Stick to it, and you'll gradually lose weight. Everyone can eat it; it's good for your health!"

Kismet snorted. She might have been harsh, but it was out of love.

Elsa had been living the good life with the Wells family. Since getting married, she hadn't lifted a finger around the house, and the kids were raised by maids and nannies. She had a cushy life with a loving son and daughter. Naturally, she put on weight and soon had high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and high cholesterol.

Jessa worked at an embassy abroad and rarely came back. George was even less around, working in another city. It was Landon who was always with Elsa since she raised him.

Landon was super devoted. Wherever he went, he always brought back tasty treats for Elsa. Everyone knew she loved to eat, so they always brought her different kinds of food. But too much of a good thing can be bad. Over time, she got more and more overweight and less inclined to move.

So before lunch, Allison gave Elsa a massage and some therapy, then let her eat, but only light stuff.

"Kismet, I didn't think you could make veggies taste this good. I might just stay here and never leave. Don't kick me out!"
