Thalassa turned around, her eyes landing on a face that radiated a gentle and scholarly charm. The man, Callum Gordon, wore frameless glasses and his lips curved into a warm, spring breeze-like smile. Seeing him, Thalassa's eyes widened in surprise. "Mr. Gordon!"

It had been three years since she last saw Callum!

Three years ago, Callum had been in a sorry state, with a broken wrist and leg courtesy of a scuffle with Lysander, bandages wrapping his injuries. Now, however, he was the picture of health, as charming and refined as the day they first met.

Upon hearing her voice, Callum turned and was momentarily surprised. "Thalassa!"

After a brief pause, realization dawned on him, and he flashed a warm smile. "So, you're the designer for this project. What a coincidence."

"I was actually about to explain that I'm not the lead designer," Thalassa started.

Reginald interjected, "Since you two are acquainted, I'll spare the introductions. Callum and I are business partners; I handle the domestic production of jewelry while he takes care of international sales. We're two halves of a whole; indispensable to one another. So, when it comes to jewelry designs, both of us need to be on board."
