She nodded, her voice filled with hope, "Alright, I'll wait another year. After a year, I can see them."

"When we have a moment, maybe on a school open day, I'll take you to see them," Lysander finally relented, sensing the depth of Thalassa's longing for the children. "Really?" Thalassa's face lit up with surprise and delight as she looked at Lysander.

Gently ruffling her hair, Lysander spoke warmly, "Of course, it's true."

Though visiting the children would require Zephyr's consent, and he had to convince Zephyr to let Thalassa go, he couldn't bear to see her in such distress.

He was determined to make it happen.

"Fantastic!" Thalassa beamed, suddenly filled with a new energy.

Sitting up, she smiled at Lysander, "Let's get up and have some dinner, shall we?"

With that, she quickly got out of bed, moving to Lysander's side to help him up, but before she could start, she saw Lysander moving his legs, already sitting on the edge of the bed.

Thalassa felt a bit awkward, unsure of what to do next.

Lysander glanced at her, raising an eyebrow, "Could you move aside a bit?"
