Exiting the elevator, Cayden walked toward the entrance of an exquisite suite and placed his eye in front of the retinal scanner. The lock was specifically designed to be highly secured. An automated voice welcomed his arrival as he was granted access.

“Cayden, let me go...” Avery's raspy voice became more seductive as the drug continued to run its course.

Her body was becoming increasingly uncomfortable. With all of her might, she willed herself to suppress the desire to pounce on him and forced herself to maintain her rationality.

Cayden moved his lips closer to Avery's smooth earlobes as the smirk on his face widened. “Then we shall see if you are willing to let me go.”

As Avery continued to twist her feminine body subconsciously in his arms, Cayden carried her into a massive suite.

The automated lights were triggered as they stepped inside. Countless elegant lamps were embedded in the walls all the way to the dome above their heads.

Within seconds, a soft silver glow emitted from the room, illuminating the entire suite.

Yet the most remarkable feature of the suite was the thick glass ceilings of the dome.

Through the glass ceilings, the beautiful starry night sky lay plain for all to see.

In the dark of night, the faint glow of the moon looked like a clear mirror hanging in the sky. Countless stars twinkled around the moon, shining in varying brightness like diamonds being woven closely together into the black velvet sky.

They seemed to be winking mischievously at the world, as though they shared a cosmic secret with the universe.

It was breath-taking.

Avery let out an involuntary gasp at the sight, lost in thought, unaware of a pair of cold, fierce eyes gazing at her as though she was as mesmerizing as the starry night.

“Like it here?” Cayden's sexy, low voice brought Avery back to her senses.

A trace of embarrassment flickered across her dark-colored eyes.

Despite having no energy in her body, she still attempted to push him away as hard as she could. “Cayden, if you've brought me here to humiliate me, then you're wasting your time.”

Cayden glanced at her coldly. Rip! In one swift movement, his huge hand yanked off the bathrobe covering her bare body. The robe fell to the ground almost immediately before Cayden pushed her, causing her to fall heavily onto the bed behind her.

“Since you're burning with lust, why don't I satisfy you tonight?”

“You—” Avery had thought that she would hurt from falling backward. To her surprise, the bed was unexpectedly soft. She did not feel any pain at all.

However, she was consumed with a sense of shame as she lay completely naked in front of him without a hint of cover.

Despite having multiple intimate encounters with him, at the end of the day, they were not husband and wife. Overwhelmed by shame, an embarrassed yelp escaped Avery's lips.

To her horror, Avery realized that the voice she had just made was far more suggestive than she'd hoped. She sounded like the female lead in a bed scene from pornography.

As she lay on the soft, comfortable king-sized bed, her logical thinking was invaded by her reproductive instinct. She even began caressing her own breasts uncontrollably.

At that moment, she did not even bother to retort to his insult as she was under great physical torment. Her body had felt as though tens of thousands of worms were gnawing at the insides of her body.

The torment was so unbearable that she wanted to slam herself against a wall. Dropping her pride, she began earnestly pleading for him to save her.

After a long while, Cayden finally picked her up.

A sense of hope rose in Avery's chest, thinking that her antidote had arrived. To her surprise, he placed her inside an oval bathtub without another word.

Avery's body submerged under the water at the sound.

The water inside the bathtub was warm, causing the heat Avery was feeling on her body to intensify. At the stimulus of the hot water, Avery felt her body burning even more.
