Tiffany clutched at her chest, taking a half–step back as though frightened. Yet, a fake smile remained on her face. “Nothing’s wrong. Jose, it’s just the two of us now. Can we not mention others, please?”

She simply could not take in what others had to say, appearing entirely engrossed in her own world.

In truth, Lysander shared the same sentiment. It was just that she lacked evidence to support her suspicions.
