Maverick’s jet ski was rapidly closing in on the one piloted by Snivy and the other members of the Dark Syndicate.

At that very moment, Snivy and his men received a message from the Dark Syndicate.

They had to lead Robin and his team’into international waters at all costs.

The Panacea Ocean Warriors Alliance had struck a deal with the Dark Syndicate. They had agreed to assassinate Divine Drakebane in international waters.

Caym had promised that after Drakebane was killed, both the ancient relic and the Golden Dragon pendant would be handed over to the Panacea Ocean Warriors Alliance.

However, Moshe had quietly given Snivy new instructions, “Once Drakebane is dead, find a way to steal those two sacred artifacts back.”

Snivy fully understood Dark Syndicate’s intent and immediately adjusted course, speeding straight toward international waters.

His goal was to draw Robin and his team into the artillery range of the Panacea Warriors Alliance Fleet as quickly as possible.
