Chapter 11
Olivia stepped on his hand calmly and walked toward Gianna, one step at a time.
Her high heels were stained with blood and the floor seemed to be coated with crimson-colored roses
Gianna was scared out of her wits. She was forced to take a few steps back and was overwhelmed by horror.
Suddenly, there was a ‘ding’ sound as the elevator stopped not far away from them and a group of people walked out of it.
As if she had seen her savior, Gianna immediately rushed toward one of them. “Mr. Davis, this woman is being violent. Hurry up and drive her
out!”
Mr. Davis was a fat man with jug ears. He was also Gianna’s die-hard fan.
Hearing Gianna’s cry, he instantly turned heroic and took the chance to pull her into his arms to protect her.
“What? Who dares to be so bold in my office? I don’t think she can mess about here!”
After he comforted Gianna, he immediately thrust his fat face at Olivia fiercely. “Who are you? How dare you come to our Charity Commission and act in such an unruly manner? Miss Gianna is our distinguished guest as well as the Charity Princess of Melburgh. How dare you try and hurt her? I think you’re tired of living. Kneel down and apologize to Miss Gianna.”
But when he saw the face of the ‘assailant’, Rhett Davis was stunned. He didn’t expect that the troublemaker looked so gorgeous.
Just thinking about her figure made him feel excited!
She was even more attractive than Miss Clarke whom he coveted. If he could make this girl bow to him and heroically protect Gianna today, it would be wonderful!
Although Gianna was unwilling to be in his arms, it was worth it as long as this arrogant woman could be taught a lesson.
Rhett was from the management of the Charity Commission. If this arrogant woman offended the management, she had to p iss off!
“The woman doesn’t know her status at all. How dare she compete with me for something I wanted!” thought Gianna.
Olivia looked at the pair in front of her. She pulled down her sunglasses and glanced at the name tag on the man’s chest with her charming eyes.

Then, her eyes turned cold, and on her lips was a bone-chilling sneer.
“Rhett Davis, a director of the Charity Commission? You’re such an arrogant official!”
Rhett was used to being domineering in the organization, so he naturally didn’t take the young girl in front of him seriously.
“Since you know who I am, why don’t you hurry up and apologize? I’m calling the shots here today. As long as you can kneel down and apologize to Miss Gianna, I’ll let you go. Don’t be ungrateful!”
“Kneel down and apologize?” Olivia sounded as if she hadn’t heard him clearly.
Rhett said firmly, “Yes. You must kneel down and apologize, or you can’t walk out of this door today!”
He was waiting for this girl to beg him for mercy.
But Olivia didn’t take him seriously at all.
“In your dreams! I’m afraid that your Miss Gianna won’t be able to take it if I kneel down!”
Rhett didn’t expect her to be so ungrateful. His face suddenly darkened. “Miss Gianna is not only the Charity Princess of Melburgh, but she will also marry into the Kinsmans’ family, one of the top wealthy families in Melburgh. How can you compare to her? I’m already being lenient by merely asking you to kneel to her. Others would not get off so lightly!”
“Well? Then I have to thank Mr. Davis? Mr. Davis, don’t regret it!”
“I regret it?! I think you should be the one regretting it!… Ouch!”
But before he could finish his words, a figure rushed out of the elevator swiftly and slapped him hard in the face.
His face became very swollen in an instant, and his mouth was filled with blood. Even two of his teeth had fallen out.
Gianna felt very disgusted and she finally broke free from Rhett’s arms.
If it weren’t for the urgent situation, she wouldn’t have asked such a person for help.
“Who is it? Who dares to hit me?”
Rhett covered his swollen face and questioned the man while he cursed aloud However, when he looked up, he saw Gideon’s face.
“Mr… Mr. Parson?”

Mr. Parson was a big shot from the headquarters, who had come over recently. As soon as he arrived, he took over the charity event.
He had even removed Gianna’s name off the rolls on behalf of the chairman.
Rhett’s face became increasingly pale. “Mr. Parson, why are you here today? Why did you hit me for no reason?”
Gideon questioned him coldly. “This is the Charity Commission. Shouldn’t you be beaten up for causing trouble here with a candidate?”
Gianna had never seen Gideon before, but she found him inexplicably familiar.
She suddenly remembered a moment from the past.
This man was following the mysterious woman in the cemetery. How could it be so coincidental?
Feeling uneasy, Gianna took a step back.
But Rhett didn’t realize the danger at all. He reached out to point at Olivia and complained. “Mr. Parson, it was all this woman’s fault. She wanted to hurt Miss Gianna, the Charity Princess, so I stepped forward to protect the latter. It’s all this bit ch’s fault!”
Gideon looked at the woman Rhett was pointing at.
