Chapter 65
Olivia thought that William was a bit too co cky, and she wasn’t sure if it was just her imagination, she constantly had the impression that he was intentionally flirting with her.
So, instead of continuing the conversation, Olivia graciously linked arms with William, letting him lead her into the Kinsmans’ villa.
The villa was sprawling, and it was clear that great care had been taken in its decoration. Tiny fairy lights were sca ttered throughout, and life-sized dolls roamed the area, giving the impression of having stepped into a fantasy world.
Superhero dolls from comic books were everywhere, with real people playing the parts. They not only interacted with the children of the guests but also put on performances.
As soon as Olivia walked in, she knew that her son, Ezra, must have had a hand in planning the party.
Olivia remembered that Ezra had always wanted a party like this. She had been considering throwing him one for his upcoming birthday, but William had beaten her to the punch.
As a mother, Olivia couldn’t help but feel a little envious.
She was so jealous!
But with the enchanting atmosphere surrounding her, Olivia began to feel more at ease, even finding William somewhat more tolerable.
“Miss Clarke, what are you looking at?” William asked.
“Nothing in particular,” Olivia replied.
“If you want to stare at me, go right ahead. I don’t mind.”
“Mr. Kinsman, have you ever been told you come across as a bit, well, cheesy lately?” Olivia asked. Any fleeting fondness she may have felt for him was now overshadowed by his cheesy demeanor.
Just as she was about to make an excuse to ditch William and find Ezra, the little boy ran out of the house with a beaming smile.
Upon seeing Olivia, Ezra gave her a wink, as if to say, “Mom, how about that? My birthday party is splendid, right?!”
After giving Olivia a wink, he eagerly reached out for a hug, latching onto William’s leg.
Olivia was taken aback by her son’s familiarity with the man.
Was he really that accustomed to being around William?
If it weren’t for her knowledge of Ezra’s flair for the dramatic, Olivia might have thought her son had switched sides!
“Daddy! This madam is so beautiful. Can I take a photo with her?” Ezra asked.
“Sure, Luci is so adorable, I doubt Miss Clarke would refuse, right?” William responded.
What on earth was Ezra up to?
Why did he suddenly want to take a picture?
Olivia shot him a questioning look, but Ezra just smiled and ignored her.
The photographer of the Kinsman family showed up right on cue and snapped a group photo of the trio with the highest charm quotient.
“Wow, Mr. Kinsman and Miss Clarke are a match made in heaven!”
“Absolutely, they look like a picture-perfect family of three, so adorable!”
“Since Mr. Kinsman brought her home, she must be the future Mrs. Kinsman, right?”
“It’s very likely! Look at the clothes they’re wearing they seem like coordinating family outfits!”
—
The onlookers were buzzing with gossip, but William Kinsman didn’t make a fuss about it or even try to stop them.
Instead, William acted as if he hadn’t heard a thing and went straight in to greet the guests.
Olivia wanted to clarify, but today was Ezra’s birthday party, and she didn’t want to rock the boat. It would be bad if she made things worse.
So, in the end, Olivia could only follow William’s lead and turn a blind eye.

Of course, Olivia only then realized that the clothes the three of them were wearing were indeed a similar style, texture, and dark pattern combination…
It did look like low-key coordinating family outfits.
It was understandable that she had given Ezra the clothes. But William’s outfit was too much of a coincidence!
The innovative velvet and dark pattern design was rare in the fashion world, and this was a yet-to-be-released version of LM Fashion.
Could it be that William was also a regular customer of LM Fashion?
Olivia didn’t quite understand.
But her priority today was to accompany her son, so Olivia didn’t dwell on it.
The small episode with the group photo gave Olivia a legitimate opportunity to stay with Ezra throughout the party.
The Kinsman family had been transformed into a giant children’s playground.
Ezra held onto her hand the entire time, not letting go. He took her to eat egg tarts and drink chocolate milk, and then they played on swings in the backyard and rode the carousel…
Olivia followed along, watching him laugh and have fun, which helped her relax as well.
Olivia kept her phone in hand, snapping photos of her precious son.
Of course, she had to capture these moments – her little boy was growing up so fast!
“Come on, look at me. One, two, three…” Olivia took a photo of Ezra on the carousel.
With a click, the photo came out of the camera.
The butler had noticed them having a great time and brought her the instant camera.
Just wait a moment, and a photo will appear – incredibly convenient.
“Mu… Madam Clarke, how did it turn out? Did you capture my handsomeness?”
“Of course, it’ll be ready in just a moment!”
Olivia waved the photo in her hand, and Ezra’s image gradually materialized on the paper, becoming clearer and clearer.
“Wow, I knew it. I’ve gotten even more handsome recently!”
