There were always plenty of handsome men around Stella, but rarely anyone quite like this.

She couldn't help but steal another glance.

Noticing this, Joshua's expression instantly turned cold.

But Stella's curiosity was nothing more than a fleeting appreciation, and she quickly looked away.

Aicken approached, handing Stella several transition documents. He began to outline the company's operations and recent developments in thorough detail.

As he spoke, it became clear to Stella that he was more than just a pretty face- Aicken was impressively professional and well-versed in his field.

She found herself rather satisfied with him.

After wrapping up the business overview, Aicken invited her, "Ms. Cameron, would you like to take a look around the company? Everyone's heard there's new leadership-they're quite excited."

Stella considered for a moment, then nodded her agreement.

She'd always thought Joshua was the most attentive bodyguard she could ask for. But Aicken's professionalism was on another level.

With his background as a personal assistant, he kept the perfect distance while speaking to her, never too close, never too far. Every gesture was impeccably timed-from pressing the elevator button and letting her enter first, to opening the car door and shielding her head so she wouldn't bump it. Not a single detail was overlooked.

Normally, Stella would take the passenger seat up front. But this time, Aicken opened the back door for her, leaving her no choice but to slide into the rear seats.

He joined her in the back, files in hand, diligently explaining every detail she might need to know.
