I didn't have the energy to object anymore. So I just let my Delta drive us to the Knight's Stone Pack while my mind flew to whatever I could remember of Adessa.

She was beautiful, no doubt about that, so it didn't surprise me that Draco took a fancy to her. Plus, Draco and I had been rivals since our youth.

Our packs were in the same county, with only three human cities separating us. In short, our werewolf communities were closest to each other, but we never got along well. The rivalry had begun with our forefathers and had carried on to the generations after them. But in all honesty, I was not bothered by them.
