Jada laughed. "What's the point of just drinking? There are plenty of other stuff to do!"

"Like what?" Laura asked, curious.

"Take your time to find out!" Jada grinned mischievously.

"What's going on up there?!" the cabbie, who had been listening interestedly to the women's conversation, suddenly exclaimed.

Everyone turned to see countless cars and persons floating over sixty feet up in the air, and there was a hellish white mist around them.

"Whoa..." The cabbie gasped and turned toward Frank, Jada, and Laura. "Is that... real?"

"Of course." Frank chuckled. "Your eyes never lie, though reality isn't as complicated as one would like to think-someone is just playing tricks!"

As he finished, he gestured for the cabbie to turn the car around, while he alighted and strode toward the freakshow.

Even as the cabbie reversed his taxi, he asked Jada, "Shouldn't you be more concerned for your boy, ma'am? He'd be dead if he had his soul stolen!"

Jada smiled in wry amusement. "What year is it, and you're still superstitious? I can tell you in no uncertain terms that the paranormal doesn't exist only human tricks. And that's easy to handle, with a strong fist and just cause."
