Upon finishing his sentence, Matthew hung up. The moment the call ended, he regained his composure.

Jonas asked for trouble, and he really needed to be taken out. However, he had to deal with the Eastorians first.

Matthew made up his mind in a split second, pulling Wendy by the hair as he headed toward his car. "Lead the way. Don't try anything funny."

With a murderous look on his face, Matthew ignored Wendy and walked over to his car. He grabbed her hair and shoved her into the passenger seat. Then, he went around the car and slid into the driver's seat.

Sitting in the passenger seat with her hair finally free, Wendy felt a lot better and let out a deep sigh. She quickly racked her brain, trying to think of a way to escape.

Matthew got into the driver's seat and put the car in drive. Then, he grabbed Wendy's hair and shoved her head against the gear shift.

Wendy cried out in pain, holding her head. "I'm not going anywhere! Let go of me! How can you drive if you're holding my hair?"

Matthew coldly remarked, "It's an automatic. I can drive with just one hand on the wheel."
