Johnny was exhausted, but since he didn’t have a change of clothes here, Maggie didn’t ask

him to stay over.

After Johnny left, Maggie limped to the bathroom to take a quick shower, then went to bed

to rest.

before returning to work.

The next morning, Maggie woke up and stayed at home to work remotely. She didn’t go out.
