Sophia noticed that Thed’s attention wasn’t on her. She hesitated for a moment and then said, “Hey, Theo! If it’s okay with you, I’d like to invite Ellinor as well. Our first meeting wasn’t exactly peachy, but I’d still love to be friends with her. What do you think?”

Theo only looked at Sophia again when he heard her mention Ellinor. “Why are you so desperate to be friends with her?”

Sophia grinned. “Well, since we’re friends, I should be pals with your wife too, right? Then we can hang out together!”
