The call didn’t go through.

Earlier, Bradley had briefly explained Sierra’s connection to the Xander family–though most of it had been complaints about her bad attitude, saying she was spoiled.

Jonathan found it ridiculous.

Neither Bradley nor Evan had spoken about her with the slightest bit of respect or affection.

They hadn’t even bothered asking why she needed a lab. They had just assumed she was being difficult.

And this was what they called spoiling her?

Still, it was a family matter, and he had no reason to get involved.

Jonathan sighed but wasn’t surprised.
