Mrs. Johnson's hands trembled as she clutched the lawsuit papers, causing the nurse to finally realize who she was dealing with. This was the same lady who had caused a commotion upstairs just yesterday. The nurse had been mentally preparing herself to not react harshly to any provocations.

"What in the world is going on? Who the hell is out to get us?!" Mrs. Johnson spat out every curse under the sun, directing her fury at the person who had handed her the lawsuit.
