I woke up to the faint glow of down tweaking through the trees. The forest was quiet, the air crisp and cold against my skin. I took mnment to stretch, feeling my misiscles ache from yesterday's battle. The memory of the Umbrakins and the chaos at the pack in territory still clung to me like a shadow. I couldn't shake the guilt that clawed at my chest every time I thought of the park members who hadn't made it.
