The sky above is darkened as we settled into the forest. The sun hud barely set, but here, in the Uncharted Realm, time seemed to twist in unnatural ways. One minute, the sky was a deep blue, the nikt, a purplish black stretched overhead, dotted with stars that looked unfamiliar. The air was thick with the scent of damp earth, and every now and then, the distant cries of unknown creatures echoed through the trees.

I exhaled slowly and ran a hand through my tangled hair. My body died from everything that had happened-the fight, the betrayal, the escape-but there was no time to wallow in exhaustion We needed shelter, food, and a plan.

“Alright, scouts,” I said, crossing my arms. "Looks like we'll be spending the night in the woods."

Austin groaned dramatically. "Fantastic. A live-star experience in the middle of nowhere."

Alex smirked. "Welcome to the uncharted realm's wild, brother."

Isaiah was already shifting before I could say anything else. His sleek gray wolf barely made a sound as he darted off into the trees. no doubt searching for something edible. We had a small supply of canned food and bottled water, but we needed to ration. We had no idea how long we'd be stuck here.

The twins, in perfect sync as always, shifted into their golden brown wolves. Without hesitation, they began digging into the damp earth with their paws, forming a shallow trench. I watched as their muscles flexed with each movement, dirt flying in all directions. Within minutes, they shifted back, their hands and faces streaked with mud, And very naked, I covered my face and torn them to put

Austin rolled his eyes and also got dressed and the two of them started gathering sticks, fallen branches, and leaves. They worked quickly, stacking and weaving the branches together, layering the roof with thick foliage for extra cover. It wasn't the most impressive shelter, but it would keep us hidden and dry-hopefully.

I stopped forward, reaching for a branch to help, but Austin blocked me with a teasing grin.
