“Alright, she’s one of your people. That’s why I didn’t touch her. You can deal with her yourself,” Alex
Rockefeller said calmly. “Okay, okay.” Lord Lex Gunther nodded his head and bowed to Alex. Once he turned around and faced Penelope, his facial expression instantly turned icy cold.
“Penelope Fernandez, right? Did you decide to ignore whatI said? What did I tell you on the phone? You
actually wanted to attack Mr. Rockefeller? Do you think I, Lord Lex Gunther, am a dead person?”

“How dare you try to knock Mr. Rockefeller’s teeth off?”
Penelope immediately kneeled on the ground and knocked her head repeatedly on the ground. Her scalp was
starting to feel numb and her heart was about to stop beating. “Lord Lex Gunther, please, spare me this one

“Spare you? I should be asking you to spare me. Someone, knock all her
teeth off. If you spare any one of her teeth, that means you’re going against me.” Penelope’s lips trembled, and her face turned pale. She didn’t say a word because she was mentally prepared
for this. However, tears wouldn’t stop streaming down her face.
Penelope was only the general manager of California Plaza, and the six shareholders kneeling on the ground
were each more powerful than her. But now, all six of her superiors were punished by kneeling in front of
Alex because of her. Would she be any better off?
