footage. “Alex?!”
“Oh my god!” Claire noticed that her younger daughter was freaking out and rushed over. “Beatrice, what on earth? Why are
you screaming for Alex?”

Beatrice immediately hid her phone away. “No, no, you misheard me, Mom. I was talking about a Korean
celebrity whose nickname is Alex!” Claire immediately huffed. “What in god’s name? You’re going back to school tomorrow! Don’t focus on the
wrong things like your idols. Look at your sister, her business is doing great! You have to learn from her, maybe help her out too!
From now on, we’re going to become rich!” Claire then left the room as soon as she was done lecturing her. Beatrice let out a deep sigh. She had hoped that Alex and Zendaya would get together back at the concert. She had also seen what Alex
could do, proving that he wasn’t a loser. Without the influence of the mental power, she was definitely on her
sister’s side.
“Alex, you’re playing with fire here!” She looked up, realizing that her sister wasn’t out of her room yet. She wondered if Dorothy had found out
about this and was upset. She called Alex secretly only to find that Alex had switched his phone off. Beatrice rushed up to see Dorothy and saw her lying on the bed. She seemed stressed out as tears streamed
down her face. “Sis…”
“Alex, he… He’s crossed the line. How could he kiss Zendaya in public?”
Dorothy raised her head, shocked. “How… how did you know?” Beatrice’s eyes widened. “I think every American would know about this by now. It’s all over the news!” Dorothy felt her ears ringing and fell in a daze. She turned on her phone and saw the scandals and rumors about the two.
More importantly, she found the video as well. Her heart dropped to her stomach once more. Beatrice asked, “Sis, what are you going to do?”
“Does Mom know about this?”
“Not yet…”
Just then, Claire barged into Dorothy’s room, seemingly pissed off.
