Amos was evidently taken aback having heard what she said.

The only reason he had agreed to meet with Natalie was that he had taken a liking to her. He didn't have that high of an expectation for her proposals. However, be it sincerity, or the benefits, it was difficult for him to reject the proposal she had presented to him.

Let's set the collaboration period to one year, and we can consider if we want to continue the contract after one year.”

Natalie was not surprised when she heard his answer. Nodding her head, she said, “All right.”

“I will let the legal department review the terms of the contract. If there are no other problems, you can sign it now.” Amos was still staring at her as he said. “The whole process should take about an hour. If you don't mind, I can bring you on a tour around the company. You can sign the contract once the legal department reviews it.”
