For the last two days, Cindy was getting by quite comfortably in the company. Mr. Kaufmann had chatted briefly with her outside the last time, so the people at her workplace didn't dare to mess with her anymore.

Those people also knew that they had treated Cindy badly before, so they were ashamed to act friendly with her now.

As such, they just steered clear of her in a respectful way.

Cindy loved days like that, for she didn't want anyone to bother her at all.

In fact, it was her dream to live her life without people breathing down her neck.

Two days of work later, Cindy waited until everyone else had submitted their designs before submitting her own. She was still lacking in some areas, so it would appear haughty if she submitted her designs too early.

After all the designs were submitted, she could rest from work since it would be Saturday.

Cindy was stunned when she saw the message, but she smiled afterward. Although she knew that Ian was joking, the joke had lifted her mood instantly.

Truth be told, she really wanted to give birth to a child. By then, their home would be rather merry.
