The scream of pain had been heartwrenching. Knowing what a powerful martial artist Xena was, it was easy to imagine how much pain she was in.

When Felix darted over to her, she'd already passed out from the pain. He checked her pulse, and his gaze changed. Her heart had almost stopped beating. Was it because of that move the Menacing Four had pulled?
