Chapter 733

Citrine was just about to speak when Sebastian suddenly leaned in, his handsome face coming so close she could see every gentle line of his expression. His gaze softened to something almost unbearably tender.

"Are you really willing to miss out on this?"

Citrine had already been wavering-she did want to see the show. Hearing Sebastian's low voice made up her mind. "Alright, let's go."

Sebastian's lips curled in a satisfied little smile.

Together, they headed down to the beach.

By now, the shoreline had been transformed. A stage stood beneath strings of lights, pulsing with the beat of a DJ who had everyone's adrenaline running high. Up onstage, beautiful men and women moved their hips to the music, their silhouettes alive with energy. Down below, tourists—some standing, some lounging on the sand-sang along and danced, every now and then shouting and laughing with pure delight. The whole place buzzed with excitement.

In this kind of atmosphere, it was impossible to remember anything sad.

Citrine ordered four bottles, intending for them to each have two. But somehow, she ended up downing three of them herself, leaving Sebastian with just one.
