The news of Gary’s passing stirred the upper society of Capitalis. Just like Analise predicted, Lawrence fell ill from his overwhelming sadness. When Abigail visited him, his hair was already graying a lot. It was jarring when contrasted with his younger face. Meanwhile, Scarlett’s eyes were swollen.
