“Da mn springs,” I groan as I try to lift myself out of the armchair, it’s been yet another night of barely any sleep and not just because of the chair. I don’t know if it was talking about Jeremy or thinking of the past but Eva was having nightmare after nightmare last night, I had to will myself not to go to her as she cried out in pain.
