“I heard aunt Augustine one time saying that Marvin was already engaged to someone from birth. When she said this, I wondered what kinda girl the girl would be that made aunt Augustine like her so much. I never had thought that Marvin’s fiancee would be Olive, the daughter of the Hart family.” Charlotte also knew that Marvin was engaged. But this fiancee of his had been missing for years. She thought that his fiance was probably dead.
Who would have thought that this fiancee would be the person she hated the most!
Charlotte clenched her fists, her eyes gleamed viciously.
“Why is it Olive? Why is she the one? I’ve loved Marvin for so many years, Marvin is mine!” She declared unwaveringly.
Crystal’s expression wasn’t also exuding happiness. They had all waited for Olive to be embarrassed and become a laughing stock in the city.
